DaVinci Technologies understands that your privacy is important to you and this statement is meant to inform you as to the steps we are taking to safeguard your private information.

DaVinci Technologies asks for personal information (name, address, email, etc...) from people that purchase our software, people that download demo versions of our software, and people that express interest in our software products.  This information is only used to provide support to our current users and to alert potential users to new developments with DaVinci Technologies' products.  We do not sell, rent, or otherwise release personal information from our customers to outside parties unless required by law.

DaVinci Technologies also asks for financial information (credit card #, etc..) from people that purchase our software.  We recognize that this type of information is of particular concern to our customers and so we take additional precautions to safeguard this information.  Credit card information is collected from our customers via our web page, via telephone, and in person.  When credit card information is submitted via web page, DaVinci Technologies uses a secure web server (SSL)  to transmit that data from the customers computer to our web server.  At our web server, the information is encrypted again using 2048 bit encryption and transmitted to our internal computers for processing.  The credit card information is then processed through our highly secure processing service signio.com.  At no time is your financial information transmitted over the internet or available from the internet in unencrypted form.
